Application for Inclusion in the Highways Department Notification List
The Highways Department ("HyD") maintains lists of suppliers for goods and services (non-engineering related) (HyD Notification Lists). Any firm not currently included in the HyD Notification List but wishing to be considered for inclusion may apply by completing the application form 
together with a copy of a valid Business Registration Certificate or equivalent document issued by the authority of the place of business of the firm, if it does not carry on business in Hong Kong and send to:

Application for inclusion and continued inclusion in a Notification List in relation to goods or services covered by a Class Code in the HyD Notification List will subject to the Terms and Conditions specified in the application form.
It is targeted that applications for inclusion in the HyD Notification Lists will be processed and completed within 30 working days upon receipt of all necessary documents.
