Project Description:
The project comprises construction of a 31 m high lift tower with staircases, a covered elevated walkway linking Tsing Yu Street and Tsing Yi Road West (about 60 m in length and 3.3 m in clear width) and a 13 m lift tower to the existing footbridge No. NF230 so as to provide a more convenient, comfortable and direct link for the public especially for the elderly and the disabled as well as enhance the walkability in the Cheung Hang Estate area.
