The purpose of the Project is to mitigate the traffic noise on Mai Po San Tsuen, Casa Paradizo, Green Crest, Hang Fook Garden, Ha San Wai, Merry Garden, San Wai Tsuen and Pok Wai near San Tin Highway by retrofitting of noise barriers.
