The Highways Department has appointed Aristo Market Research & Consulting Company Limited to conduct a customer satisfaction survey from December 2025 to February 2026.

Purpose:

The survey aims at measuring the degree of satisfaction of the public with respect to the current services of the Highways Department. The result will be taken as reference for the department's planning and enhancement of services in the future.
