Project Description:
The proposed road works are to enhance the connectivity, walkability and environment of pedestrian links to MTR Ngau Tau Kok Station for facilitating the transformation of Kowloon East into another core business district. The proposed road works includes the construction of a pedestrian subway for crossing Elegance Road and Kwun Tong Road, with lift and staircase provisions.
