Highways Department Customer Satisfaction Measurement 2021

Highways Department has appointed The Nielsen Company (Hong Kong) Limited to conduct a customer satisfaction measurement from November 2021 – May 2022.

Purpose:

To measure the degree of satisfaction of the public with respect to the current services of Highways Department. The result will be taken as reference for the department in future planning and enhancement of services.

Programme:

Telephone Surveys – November to December 2021
Customer Liaison Group Meetings – January 2022
