| 織路暢行 Enhancing Walkability and Connectivity 市區 - 東九文化中心 Urban Area - East Kowloon Cultural Centre 為應對東九文化中心啟用後增加的人流，路政署先行興建兩條行 人天橋，以便利市民往返港鐵站及附近商住區，同時紓緩繁忙時 段橫跨觀塘道行人天橋的擠擁情況，提升行人出行效率與安全。 To cope with the increased pedestrian flow following the opening of the East Kowloon Cultural Centre, two footbridges were constructed in advance to facilitate the public travelling between the MTR Kowloon Bay Station and the nearby commercial and residential areas, while alleviating crowdedness on the footbridges across Kwun Tong Road during peak hours and improving accessibility and safety. 連接港鐵九龍灣站 B 出口及東九文化中心的行人天橋（於二零二二年啟用） Footbridge connecting the MTR Kowloon Bay Station Exit B and the East Kowloon Cultural Centre (Opened in 2022) 連接港鐵九龍灣站 A 出口及附近商住區的行人天橋 （於二零二五年啟用） Footbridge connecting the MTR Kowloon Bay Station Exit A and the nearby commercial and residential areas (Opened in 2025) 持續優化 – 從商業中心區到社區角落 Good to Great – From Central Business Districts to Every Corner 46
