交流與外訪 Exchanges and External Visits 超過 30 位中國內地、海外及本地公路和鐵路發展專家及業界領袖於「公路及鐵路國際會議 2025 」作專題演講及帶領討論。 Over 30 Chinese Mainland, overseas and local experts in road and railway development and industry leaders gave speeches and led discussions at the "International Conference on Roads and Railways 2025". 路政署及香港公路學會合辦「公路及鐵路國際會議 2025」以「建造智慧綠色運輸基建」為主題，內容涵蓋運輸基建規劃及融資、鐵路項目營運、尖端創新科技研發 與應用、人工智能與數碼孿生技術、可持續發展與環境保護、以及應對極端天氣和提升基建韌性策略等。會議成功凝聚各地專家交流經驗及分享真知灼⾒，共同引 領香港運輸基建發展譜寫新篇章。 The Highways Department co-organised the "International Conference on Roads and Railways 2025" with the Hong Kong Institution of Highways and Transportation, with the theme on "Building Smart and Green Transport Infrastructure", covering planning and financing of transport infrastructure, research and application of cutting-edge innovative technologies, artificial intelligence and digital twin technologies, sustainable development and environmental protection, as well as strategies for coping with extreme weather and enhancing infrastructure resilience. The conference successfully brought together global experts to share experiences and insights, and jointly led Hong Kong's transport infrastructure development to create a new chapter. 140 | ⼈才培育 Nurturing Talents
