TThe Highways Department (HyD) held its 40th Anniversary celebration ceremony today (June 1). Photo shows the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link, one of the major transport infrastructure projects implemented by the HyD. Commissioned in 2018, the Hong Kong Section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link has integrated Hong Kong into currently the world’s largest national railway network.
