The project includes

1. widening of the section of Fo Tan Road between Yuen Wo Road and Kwei Tei Street to provide an additional traffic lane in each direction;

   extension of Sui Wo Road from Fo Tan Road to Au Pui Wan Street and from Au Pui Wan Street to Kwei Tei Street;

   extension of Tat Yip Lane to join Kwei Tei Street;

   construction of a new road connecting Tsung Tau Ha Road to Min Fong Street;

   modification of two existing subways, and relocation of a pedestrian link across the Fo Tan Nullah; and

2. ancillary road reconstruction, drainage, road junctions modification and signalisation, earth retaining, street lighting, landscaping and noise mitigating works.
