The Forecast of Consultancies is issued in good faith, but in no way indicates that consultancies will be invited for the particular projects listed, either at the time stated or at any time, and Government accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or expenses that may be incurred as a result of publication of the Forecast.
   

2. The date in Column 3 of the Forecast refers to the probable date of inviting the submission of Expressions of Interest from consultants longlisted for a Project. Consultancies which are suitable for small consultants are marked with a *.
