Kwun Tong Line Extension

The proposed Kwun Tong Line Extension is an extension of the existing MTR Kwun Tong Line from Yau Ma Tei to Whampoa for the provision of domestic passenger service.  It provides an approximately 2.6 kilometres long electrified double-track railway system with two proposed railway stations at Ho Man Tin and Whampoa.  The station at Ho Man Tin will also provide an interchange with another railway project under planning.
