Description:

The scope of the contract mainly includes :

  1. Construction of a 300-metre-long tunnel at North Point;
  2. Construction of an approach road to the tunnel;
  3. Modification of the section of Island Eastern Corridor between Hing Fat Street and Po Leung Kuk Yu Lee Mo Fan Memorial School;
  4. Modification of the junction of Victoria Park Road and Hing Fat Street;
  5. Demolition of Rumsey Street Flyover eastbound down ramp in Central; and
  6. Associated works including landscaped deck, noise barriers, noise semi-enclosures, road drainage and landscaping works.
